AC Milan have officially announced that defender Theo Hernandez has extended his contract with the club until 2026.
Via a statement on their website, Milan announced that they are pleased to confirm that Theo Bernard François Hernández has renewed his contract with the club until 30 June 2026, with the previous contract deadline having been 2024.
The left-back joined the Rossoneri in the summer of 2019 and immediately showed his qualities on the pitch, earning a spot in the starting line-up that he has not since relinquished, also forcing his way into the French national team.
With 108 appearances, 19 goals and 18 assists to his name already, it is a statement of intent for Milan to get such a key renewal over the line in a timely fashion, especially given the rumours that some top clubs like Chelsea, PSG and Manchester City have shown an interest in him.
