Malick Thiaw acknowledged that the result against Liverpool today in Dubai was far from positive but believes there are good things to draw from the game.
Thiaw was interviewed by Milan TV after the 4-1 defeat against Liverpool at the Al Maktoum Stadium this afternoon where Mo Salah gave the Reds the lead, Alexis Saelemaekers equalised and then Thiago and Darwin Nunez (brace) took the game away from the Rossoneri.

“First of all I would like to offer my condolences to the Mihajlovic family, we are all shocked by the fact that he passed away. We wish his family the best,” he said (via MilanNews).
“We are not at all satisfied with the result, which is too heavy. The goals we conceded were avoidable, we had to defend better. But it’s not all to throw away, we’ve shown good things at times. We have to improve in everything, even the things we’ve done well.
“Milan is a great club and I am always proud when I wear this shirt and grateful for every minute I play. I always give everything to my team-mates who are exceptional on and off the pitch. They are very kind and excellent players who help me a lot to improve.”
