Three Milan players one yellow card from suspension in view of Lazio-Milan

By Oliver Fisher -

There are three AC Milan players who are walking a bit of a disciplinary tightrope tonight in view of Friday night’s game against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico.

This evening Milan will take the field at the San Siro Stadium at 20:45 CET to face Atalanta, a team that they have lost to twice already this season and thus will be looking to exact some revenge on.

Stefano Pioli’s team secured a place in the round of 16 of the Europa League in midweek and now they must recover from their defeat against Monza last Sunday.

As MilanNews writes, there are Rossoneri players who are one yellow card away from having to serve a one game ban: Alessandro Florenzi, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Yunus Musah.

It should be noted that Florenzi and Loftus-Cheek are expected to start the game against Atalanta tonight but Musah is not.

If any of the three players mentioned receive a yellow card this evening then they will be banned for the trip to the capital to face Lazio on Friday night.

After the match against Lazio, the Rossoneri will return home to face Slavia Praha at San Siro in the first leg of their Europa League last 16 tie.
