TMW: Milan trying to sign Real Madrid flop for second year running – three factors in their favour

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are ready to make an attempt to sign striker Luka Jovic for the second year in a row, according to a report.

TMW have published an update stating that Jovic is the subject of interest from a number of different European clubs after a difficult first year in the Spanish capital following his €60m move from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer.

Milan are one of the teams in the running to land him, but Los Blancos have no intention of selling him on a permanent basis for a loss and thus admit defeat after just one season.

It remains an opportunity for Milan though, and at the moment the suggestion is a paid loan without a mention of an option and/or obligation to buy, but the main issue is that the Serbia international earns €5million net per season.

Good relations with Real – who recently sold Theo Hernandez to the Rossoneri – could open up to any scenario, as could the presence of former team-mate and close friend Ante Rebic at Milan, and the fact they share the same agent in Fali Ramadani.
