The possibility of a move to Milan for German Pezzella remains on as there is no negotiation with Fiorentina over a renewal at present.
That is according to TMW, who claim that the Argentine defender is currently focused on the pitch, but he is not 100% certain of a stay at Fiorentina because there is interest from Milan in the background, who today sold Lucas Paquetà outright to Lyon for around €20million and therefore now has the necessary funds to reinforce the centre-back department.
Pezzella is one of Stefano Pioli’s top targets as he is a defender he knows well and would guarantee him reliability and experience for a season that the Rossoneri hope will secure a return to the Champions League.
His market valuation is around €15million, lower than that of other profiles very popular with the company such as Fofana or Milenkovic. For now, however, no definitive decision has been made: these are hours of evaluation at Milan.
