Another report has claimed that Fikayo Tomori is a target for Juventus, who could use the Supercoppa Italiana to speak with AC Milan.
Juventus are struggling in the centre-back department with both Juan Cabal and Gleison Bremer out for a long while due to ligament injuries. Other selection issues have seen Thiago Motta scrambling around for makeshift replacements.
Thus, Juve are looking at reinforcements ahead of next month. As per Tuttosport (via MilanNews), they could take advantage of the Supercppa in Saudi Arabia to also talk about the mercato and in particular about Tomori.
After having concluded the Pierre Kalulu operation in the summer – who has become a starter under Motta – the Bianconeri and the Rossoneri could also talk about another central defender who is not part of Paulo Fonseca’s plans.
Tomori is described as the ‘most intriguing solution’ to reinforce the Juventus defence, even though he has fallen to the bottom of the pecking order at Milan, or so it seems at the moment. Cristiano Giuntoli is ready to open talks with Geoffrey Moncada early next month in the Middle East.
As a reminder, the Supercoppa Italiana semi-final between Juventus and Milan to be played on January 3. The paper also adds that if Danilo leaves two centre-backs will be needed for Juve, who might turn to Benfica’s António Silva on loan.
Since Motta is trying to get most Ac Milan players at Juve why didnt he just come to Milan?

Well I think its more like 20-25 mil that is his current valuation so getting that is definitely an option and the minimum in my view but time will tell. I certainly wouldn’t sell him for 15 mil.

I don’t believe Juventus would buy a player like Tomori in January. Besides they’re waiting for their starters to return. They’ll probably offer a loan same as for Kalulu.
Tomori is equal to Gabbia and Thiaw, if not better. And miles ahead of Pavlovic. I don’t understand the hate towards him, when he played he did very well, maybe not in preseason, but when it mattered he was there. Once again, it is in his disadvantage being partnered up with Pavlovic, who is far from a team player yet. He should get more chances (with Thiaw and Gabbia!!!) and NOT sell him to our rival. Kalulu and Tomori gave us a championship for Gods sake…
He’s by far the worst cb we have. Zero accountability and he has been in the club for 4 years. In that time he improved a bit since he came then just plummeted and by the end of this season he’s gonna be on the lvl of cagliari, Empoli, monza clubs.
Pavlovic is much better. Ofc he needs polishing but overall he has tomori beat in every category but whining. Tomori whines 2 much to the ref. Pavlo just gets on with it.
The worst CB who was central to our Scudetto and 4 x top 4 finishes/3 x top 2 finishes, including a top 2 finish as recently as a few months ago.

Please, Calibre Pavlovic is honoured to play for a club like Salzburg, he has 2 wooden legs. Tomori would’ve never ducked his head like Pavlovic did in that Liverpool game. You like Pavlovic aggressiviness, not realising the gaps he leaves behind, if Pavlovic ever looked good, it was because Tomori cleared she s:*t up for him. So what if he whines (what he doesn’t really). You probably still mad because he granted that penalty to Abraham, which wasn’t correct ofcourse, but he still could be a great asset to this team. If we sell him, we only can pray Gabbia or Thiaw don’t get injured, it would finalist make you realise how bad Pavlovic actually is, but it would be problematic for our club, that’s for sure

Thiaw had an OG alongside Pavlovic in the Torino loss to lose us 2 points.
Theo had two big mistakes in the Parma match to lose us 3 points.
Theo had another shit game against Fiorentina to lose us 3 more points.
Thiaw-Pavlovic was the pairing when we played and lost against Napoli. 3 points dropped.
Gabbia-Thiaw were the pairing when we played and lost against Atalanta, Tomori didn’t even play that match.
