Torino director Davide Vagnati has revealed that the plan is to meet with AC Milan at the end of the season to discuss Tommaso Pobega’s future.
Vagnati was interviewed by DAZN before the match against Milan, and he was asked about Pobega and what the future might hold for him, with his comments relayed by MilanNews.
“He is a professional guy, maybe he will have a bit of emotion at the beginning , but then everything will pass. He will play an important match. His future? We will talk about it eventually at the end of the season with Milan,” he said.
Calciomercato.com reported earlier today that tonight’s game between Torino and Milan will likely be Pobega’s last as an opponent to the Rossoneri, and it will essentially serve as a chance for him to showcase to his parent club how much he has developed.
Torino want to try and renew his loan or even buy him permanently, but Maldini and Massara believe that his adaptability plus his use in the UEFA and Serie A squad lists is crucial, especially given that Kessie, Bakayoko and Krunic could all leave in the summer.
