Torino have just about given up hope of keeping Tommaso Pobega beyond the end of the current season as AC Milan prepare to welcome his return, a report claims.
Pobega is expected return to Milan to stay this time after his third consecutive loan spell. He spent a year in Serie B with Pordenone when he was 20, then he spent last season in Serie A with Spezia where he seemed to acclimatise and was sent to work under the orders of Ivan Juric for 2021-22.
According to what is reported today in the paper edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Torino now know that the departure of Pobega is certain as the 22-year-old should return to Milan, his parent club.
The paper adds that Pobega will go back to play for a place in Stefano Pioli’s squad during the preseason retreat, and this reason, the Granata are trying to renew Praet’s loan from Leicester City.
