Soualiho Meite has once again been left out of Torino’s squad to face AC Milan in what could be yet another hint about his future.
It was reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) yesterday that Milan are looking for a reinforcement in the midfield and in the last few days the track that leads to Meité of Torino has been increasingly talked about.
The Frenchman – who has lost his starting position under Marco Giampaolo and wasn’t even on the bench on Saturday against Milan – could land at Milanello on loan with an option to buy.
This has caused speculation among fans and among various sources that the deal between the Rossoneri and the Granata for the 26-year-old midfielder is in fact at quite an advanced stag.
According to Louis Girardi on Twitter, Meite has remained in Milan awaiting developments in the negotiations between the two clubs Milan and Torino.
