Tuttosport: AC Milan to battle rivals Inter for signing of PSG defender

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are interested in the idea of signing PSG defender Layvin Kurzawa on a free transfer next summer, according to a report.

Theo Hernandez arrived in a €20m deal from Real Madrid over the summer and has made the left-back spot his own since arriving, with Ricardo Rodriguez now relegated to a spot on the bench.

A report from Blick claimed that Rodriguez is unsettled, with Atletico Madrid, Schalke, Dortmund, Everton and Roma all monitoring the situation, while he gave an interview with Swiss outlet AZ during which he admitted to being unhappy at not playing as much.

If the latest reports from Tuttosport are to be believed (via MilanNews.it), Milan may have already sourced the replacement

The newspaper claims that the Rossoneri have set their sights on Layvin Kurzawa, a left-back currently at Paris Saint-Germain, with his contract due to expire at the end of the season.

However, city rivals Inter are also credited with interest, meaning a transfer battle could ensue. A move in January could also be decisive.
