Tuttosport: €50m Milan star uses entourage to communicate will to sign new contract

By Oliver Fisher -

Gianluig Donnarumma has expressed a will to remain at AC Milan, a report claims, but the issues regarding his contract remain.

With Donnarumma’s deal set to run out in 2021, Milan face a crossroads regarding his future just as they did three years ago under the Chinese ownership.

The Rossoneri must either agree a renewal or sell him this summer, so as not to risk letting him leave for free in a year’s time, with Juventus, Real Madrid, PSG and Chelsea all linked by various outlets.

According to Tuttosport on Wednesday (via MilanNews), Donnarumma has expressed his will to stay at Milan in recent days through his entourage, which is a positive sign for the club from a negotiating standpoint.

Despite this, however, the knot of his contract always remains: for the moment, there is in fact no news on this front, but the certainty is that either the goalkeeper continues in the coming months and pens a new deal or Milan will be forced to sell him during the summer market.
