AC Milan’s owners Elliott Management are serious about restoring the club to its former glories and are not thinking of selling any time soon.
As Tuttosport reported (via MilanNews), Elliott must be commended for the excellent results they have obtained so far in their project, since taking over in 2018 after the unsuccessful Chinese ownership led by Yonghong Li.
The paper notes how the American fund have brought Milan back to being something very similar to the club of the past and while no trophies have arrived yet, there is excitement about the future and a general optimism surrounding the entire club.
Elliott are serious about their vision and they have shown that they are also capable of changing their plans by understanding the needs of the club, as shown by their decision to abandon the Ralf Rangnick project in favour of some much-needed continuity.
Not only this, but Elliott have also put a lot of money into Milan. In fact, in two and a half years, the Singer family fund have invested around €650million into the club’s coffers as a commitment to stabilise the financial situation.
