Tuttosport: Former Chelsea executive to join Rangnick revolution at Milan – the full structure

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are ready for another revolution: in addition to the arrival of Ralf Rangnick, Michael Emenalo is also expected to join, a report claims.

According to what Tuttosport are reporting in their Tuesday edition (via MilanLive), it seems like current sporting director Ricky Massara is set to leave the club along with fellow directors Zvonimir Boban and Paolo Maldini.

The Croatian will be fired after comments he made suggesting that CEO Ivan Gazidis went behind their backs when initiating contacts with Rangnick, while Maldini will leave by choice.

This is because his vision for Milan is very similar to that of his former team-mate Boban, therefore he is unlikely to stick around for another ‘Year Zero’.

The paper claims though that there is already a structure ready to take over. It will be composed of Gazidis’ right-hand man Hendrik Almstadt and chief scout Geoffrey Moncada, who will integrate with the staff who will be brought by Rangnick.

In addition to that, Michael Emenalo would also arrive to replace Massara, with the former Chelsea and Monaco executive having already been spotted in the past few weeks at Casa Milan.
