Tuttosport: Ibrahimovic’s Milan exit inevitable – Napoli move among four potential options

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is almost certain to leave at the end of the season after the latest episode at Milanello, a report claims.

We reported on Wednesday night that there was a heated confrontation between Ibrahimovic and Gazidis at Milanello, with the latter having stepped foot onto the training ground for the first time in three months.

During the meeting with the squad, they both raised their voices as the 38-year-old attacked the former Arsenal director for being too distant. The confrontation began almost immediately, in front of part of the squad and lasted for a few minutes.

His farewell, according to Tuttosport on Friday (via MilanNews), is now certain – despite the fact that the club and Ralf Rangnick would have no objection to his stay.

What happened between the team and Gazidis is quite significant and cannot fail to leave its mark, as the Swede showed all of his pride and passion for the club.

Nonetheless, the renewal of Ibra now appears very unlikely, but his future could still be in Italy. Napoli, Bologna and Monza are all could make another attempt to sign him, even if the most probable hypothesis is a return to Sweden to end his career with Hammarby.
