Tuttosport: Kaio Jorge has heart set on Milan - other offers rejected with Santos forced to sell

AC Milan appear to be in a great position to close the deal for Santos striker Kaio Jorge, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) reports that Milan want to complete the attack with the signing of Kaio Jorge as the 19-year-old is seen as the ideal presence to grow alongside two veterans in Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud who have won virtually everything between them.

The paper claims that Jorge has through his entourage reached a verbal agreement with Milan over personal terms and in doing so he has rejected other offered that came to him from Major League Soccer.

Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara know that the more the days pass, the more likely it is that Santos will have to settle for the small fee proposed by Milan, otherwise they will lose the player for free given that his contract expires in December of this year.

Milan are in a strong position to secure the immediate arrival of Kaio Jorge despite the fact some intermediaries are trying to bring new offers to the 19-year-old. The striker has let his agents know that Milan are his priority.
