Tuttosport: Midfielder refuses other Prem clubs to seal Milan return – ball in Chelsea’s court

Tiemoue Bakayoko has made his decision regarding his future, a report claims, so now it is up to AC Milan and Chelsea to satisfy his will.

According to Thursday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanLive), Bakayoko has made it clear that he only wants a move back to Milan this summer.

The Frenchman is therefore now waiting for Chelsea to lower their economic demands which would facilitate his return to the San Siro, where he spent the 2018-19 season on loan under Gennaro Gattuso.

The paper adds that Bakayoko has refused all other possible destinations, even in the Premier League, as his heart is set on wearing the red and black shirt once again.

The London club at the moment are proving very difficult to negotiate with as they want to recoup €30m of the €40m they paid to sign the 26-year-old from Monaco in 2017.

Milan do not want to spend more than €20-22million, but the player’s will could make the difference.
