AC Milan are trying their hardest to bring Tiemoue Bakayoko back to the club and are locked in talks with Chelsea, a report claims.
Bakayoko continues to be persistently linked with the possibility of a San Siro comeback, having had a successful loan spell in Serie A under Gennaro Gattuso in 2018-19.
According to Wednesday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan are in desperate need of a signing for the midfield after Lucas Biglia’s departure on a free transfer and are pushing to sign Bakayoko.
However, the management have yet to find an agreement with Chelsea over the Frenchman, in particular on the formula of the operation.
The Premier League club would like a loan with obligation to buy set at €30million, while the Rossoneri want a loan with option to buy, or an obligation at lower figures than those requested by the Blues, who do not consider the 26-year-old part of their plans.
