AC Milan are pressing hard to try and wrap up the signing of Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid with developments expected soon, a report claims.
Milan have been linked with a number of different playmaker targets over the past few weeks as Paolo Maldini and the market team seem determined to secure a quality back-up to Hakan Calhanoglu for the attacking midfield spot.
The name that has been strongest linked though is Brahim Diaz, a name that emerged in the last few days and appears to be the chosen profile.
According to Wednesday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan and Real Madrid are working to close the deal quickly on the basis of a loan with an option to buy.
However, they add that Los Blancos are considering the possibility of inserting a buy-back clause into the agreement. Important developments are expected in the next few days, between the end of this week and the beginning of the next.
