AC Milan are looking to make Ruben Loftus-Cheek their third signing of the summer window with a deal moving closer to completion.
According to a report from Tuttosport (via MilanNews) this morning, Marco Sportiello and Daichi Kamada will both sign on a free transfer when their respective contracts with Atalanta and Eintracht Frankfurt end.
Milan are hard at work to secure their third reinforcement in Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who will leave Chelsea this summer and is at the top of the management’s list of targets to reinforce that department.
The Englishman’s deal runs out in June 2024, and the initial request from the Premier League side was €20m, but Milan are working to get a small discount and close the agreement at €15m plus bonuses.
Contacts between the parties are continuous and the feeling is that a deal between the two clubs is getting closer and closer, especially because the Rossoneri have now eliminated the competition from Lazio.
