Tuttosport: Milan identify €60m striker as first choice alternative to Ibrahimovic

AC Milan have identified Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic as their primary alternative to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, according to a report.

Ibrahimovic is a major target for AC Milan as they look to increase their firepower, but Paolo Maldini revealed on Sunday that the situation is becoming more difficult as time passes, suggesting that alternatives may have to be looked at.

According to Tuttosport – as cited by MilanNews.it – Ibrahimovic remains the very first target for the attack, but the Rossoneri are indeed looking at options given the lack of a response until this points.

The first name in the notebook is that of Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic, the paper adds, who could leave Los Blancos on loan next month.

Jovic – who cost €60m in the summer when he signed from Eintracht Frankfurt – has netted just once in 13 appearances for the LaLiga giants and has struggled since his move.
