Tuttosport: Milan battling Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus for Bournemouth star

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are interested in signing Lloyd Kelly from Bournemouth in January but they face competition from a number of top European clubs, according to a report.

The lengthy injury lay-offs for Pierre Kalulu and Marco Pellegrino have depleted Milan’s depth at centre-back and they are therefore looking to dip into the market in January to bolster the position.

According to Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan), the Rossoneri management are interested in signing Lloyd Kelly but they face competition from Juventus. Geoffrey Moncada went to the Vitality Stadium to watch Bournemouth versus Burnley, and was clearly impressed.

However, Liverpool are keen on the 25-year-old as well, as are the north London duo Tottenham and Arsenal plus Borussia Dortmund so there is no shortage of competition.

Kelly would like a pay rise in his next deal, while his contract expires at the end of the season which could mean a bidding war breaks out over personal terms.
