AC Milan intend to sign a forward this summer following the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Marcus Thuram is the No.1 target but the Rossoneri have many options on their list, a report claims.
After Ibrahimovic’s retirement, and with Giroud not getting any younger, Milan want to sign a centre-forward this summer. Thuram is clearly the priority but it’s not certain that the Rossoneri will convince the Frenchman.
As reported by today’s edition of Tuttosport (via SempreMilan), Milan have ‘various options’ for the centre-forward role. These names, however, remain a secret and it remains to be seen if some of them will leak to the media. Potentially, Noah Okafor and Gianluca Scamacca are among them.
It’s clear that both Giorgio Furlamni and Geoffrey Moncada are working hard to secure the right reinforcements for the team. However, it’s not an easy task with a limited budget and certain demands on the player style.

Lets see how this mercato plays out and what type of reinforcements we get. I dont mind if we get nonames like Thiaw and Kalulu for free or pocket change as long as we get a couple of gems in those positions. If they can perform right away and explode like Thiaw and Kalulu thats a big plus, if we can develope them for the future thats even better as long as we can keep the “stars”.
Then you have the “second tier” players like Saladmaker, i don’t mind getting these type of players for low fees, develop them and sell them for profit. If this is the strategy then I am for it by all means. As long as we keep our star players to build a good and competitive squad.
Let bygones be bygones and see what happens, if by the end of next season we have a shitshow at our hands then we can protest like there is no tomorrow!
I love Maldini and hate the way he got sacked, there is a reason for everything. But we must look ahead and see the positives. Tbh when i heard RBL and Arnautovic I wanted Maldini to be sacked as well even though my heart said otherwise. Now we have a wonderful defence thanks to a legend and its time to look at the other departments.
