By Oliver Fisher -

It was far from a vintage performance from AC Milan against Monza but they just about got the job done, winning 1-0 thanks to a goal from Junior Messias.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) has their player ratings from the game. Starting from the back, Ciprian Tatarusanu was given a score of 6.5 out of 10 as he racked up a third clean sheet in a row, while centre-backs Pierre Kalulu and Fikayo Tomori each got a 6.5, and Malick Thiaw half a mark higher.

Junior Messias was awarded a 7 for playing the new wing-back role well and scoring, with his replacement Alexis Saelemaekers scoring a 5.5.

Brahim Diaz was given a 6 and his replacement Charles De Ketelaere got a 5, while Sandro Tonali scored 6 as did his midfield partner Rade Krunic.

Theo Hernandez got a 6.5, Divock Origi a 5.5, Olivier Giroud a 6, Rafael Leao a 6.5 and the head coach Stefano Pioli got a 6.5 too.
