AC Milan have made Samuel Chukwueze their main target for the right wing but the negotiation is currently in a state of stalemate, a report claims.
According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), there is currently a bit of a stand-off ongoing between Milan and Villarreal over Chukwueze after the talks that have occurred over the past fortnight or so.
The player is continuing to push for a move to the Rossoneri and he remains the No.1 target for the Milan management in that particular position, but that does not seem to have moved the LaLiga side even an inch.
At the moment Villarreal have no intention of offering any discounts despite the fact that the 24-year-old has a contract which is currently set to expire in just under a year.
The negotiation could therefore go on for a long time, and it remains to be seen just how much patience Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada will show.
