As reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport this morning, see here, it will be the usual starting XI with Simon Kjaer and Alessio Romagnoli in the heart of the defence. The latter, who is also the captain, has been criticised lately but will keep his spot.

The Dane, on the other hand, could still be on the bench according to Tuttosport (via MilanNews). Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori has impressed since his arrival and Stefano Pioli hasn’t made a decision on the defence yet, per the newspaper.

Therefore, Milan could indeed line up with Tomori and Romagnoli for the derby tomorrow, although Kjaer remains the favourite with all of his experience. It would perhaps be even more interesting to see Kjaer and Tomori together.
