Tuttosport: Real Madrid man becomes Milan’s alternative to Chelsea and Santos duo

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are in the market for at least one striker this summer and could end up signing two, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes that Kaio Jorge of Santos is a target for Milan, but he is a gamble that could cost €20m when factoring in commissions. Meanwhile, Olivier Giroud is seen as the ideal deputy to Ibrahimovic as long as he arrives under certain conditions.

While waiting on the Giroud track and for developments regarding the Kaio Jorge situation, the Rossoneri management are also probing alternative options and turn to Luka Jovic of Real Madrid, a player who has been linked several times in the past to the Rossoneri.

The young Serbian has returned to Real Madrid after his loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, but is not part of Ancelotti’s plans and for Milan he could be a valuable alternative to the aforementioned targets.

  1. He should be the top target. Real would give him on loan and I don’t think it would cost more than 30M to buy at the end of loan. He was deadly playing with Rebić, him being there would help him settle in and if he doesn’t not a bad backup for one season.

  2. I would prefer Roman Yaremchuk for me he is better then Jovic and would be cheaper then im is team is asking for like 25 million we get im on paid of 5 million with option to buy between 15 to 20 million!

  3. Luka Jovic was deadly partnering with Rebic, who knows how Pioli wants to use them if eventually he arrives. I would say i love Belotti, who is a cheaper alternative, an Italian international and also a strong Striker in the mold of Ibra. He barely gets injured and he fights till the last minute.
