Sunday will provide another opportunity for Ante Rebic to show his worth to AC Milan in the crucial game against Juventus.
As Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes this morning, Pioli’s Milan was and still is built on solid foundations, one of whom is Rebic who has become a pillar of the team. The Croatian gave Milan their last win in a direct clash against a rival back on February 28 when he scored the winner in a 2-1 victory over Roma.
Rebic hopes to repeat this of course at the Allianz Stadium this weekend against a rival in Juventus that he was able to get one over on last season, scoring the fourth goal in the 4-2 comeback win at San Siro. The coldness of the ‘ice man’ will be decisive in this very tight final rush for the Champions League.
Milan need goals from the Croatian, who has already shown he can be a player for the big matches especially in tandem with Ibra. If the choice of Pioli were to bet on Rebic, the team would gain in malice.
