Tuttosport: Vlasic getting closer to dream Milan move – CSKA Moscow open to loan formula

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan appear to be moving closer to the potential signing of playmaker Nikola Vlasic from CSKA Moscow, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanLive) writes that Vlasic appears ever closer to Milan as he would be more than open to joining the Rossoneri and trying a new adventure, however the approval of the Russian club is also needed.

Despite this, CSKA seem inclined to accept the idea of Vlasic leaving on a loan formula even though their initial request was that any club must pay his €30m release clause. Now they are thinking of a different formula, more convenient for Milan.

It is a deal that could therefore become serious in the short term and Milan are ready to push hard, given that the alternative targets seem to be unrealistic. Isco of Real Madrid is one, but the cost of his signing is currently unaffordable. Hakim Ziyech is also a dream destined to remain that way, as Chelsea do not want to let him leave on loan but rather would only sell for €35-40m.
