MN: Vasquez and Messias in training with Milan squad ahead of Coppa Italia match

By Euan Burns -

Two players have joined up with the rest of the AC Milan squad at Milanello in order to train ahead of the Coppa Italia clash against Torino in midweek, a report claims.

As has been reported by Milan News, new Colombian goalkeeper Devis Vasquez is with the squad and is in contention to start the match instead of Ciprian Tatarusanu.

As well as that, Junior Messias is also training with the squad after spending around two months out with an injury. He may be an option for Stefano Pioli either from the start or from the bench. Messias did the full session with the team.

The bad news for Milan is that Divock Origi is still not in full training and has continued to train separately. It seems that the Milan fans are likely to see Origi on the pitch during the Supercoppa Italiana final at the earliest against Inter.
