AC Milan continue to hold talks with the entourage of Dusan Vlahovic to try and engineer the operation with Juventus, a report claims.
The Vlahovic situation remains unresolved at present. Even though he is not part of the plans and has a €12m net salary, Juventus’ general manager Damien Comolli has said that to resolve the issue, a situation that also satisfies them financially is needed.

Juve are still waiting for someone to come forward with an offer for the Serbian striker, but no one has come forward. The possibility of a contract termination was explored primarily with the Serbian player, but then fell by the wayside.
Milan are lurking precisely for this reason, and they hope that the current obstacles – mainly financial at present – could well be lowered as the Bianconeri and the player get more desperate to find a solution.

Pedulla’s update
Alfredo Pedullà was a guest on Sportitalia this morning and he shared an update on how things are progressing on the Vlahovic front. MilanNews relayed his words.
“Today there was intense dialogue between Vlahovic’s entourage and those representing Milan. The Serbian striker said he wanted to wait for Milan, that he wanted to give priority to Milan: he had already had direct contact with Allegri.
“We have always said that August will be the crucial month to understand, and so far the player has respected his diktat, which is not to accept unwelcome offers. Since speaking with Allegri, Vlahovic has wanted to follow this path: the feasibility of the deal depends on its sustainability.
“Today I feel like saying: either he stays at Juve or he goes to Milan. As for the price of his transfer, we could find ourselves halfway between €10 and €20m, adding bonuses.”

Milan now have Leao
Not enough
Watching him at Fiorentina i thought he would be the next top striker, but since he moved to Juventus and got the big salary he has been very, very poor.
That being said, he is still young (25), still posses the same talent, so if they can get him for less than 20 m at no more than 5 mil salary, it wouldn’t be a bad move.
Its not like there are better options out there for that price, especially for a player that knows and its proven in the league.
Plus Milan will finally have a player that can take set pieces.
If you sign Vlahovic, you gotta move Gimenez who was nothing more than a panic buy. Someone who i haven’t been impressed watching for Milan or Mexico.
10M transfer incoming…
CDM/CM, RB and CB will take the biggest chunk of the budget
I would love to get Casado, Vanderson and Leoni, but depends on the ambition of the club! we have 70M and after getting rid of the final 5 players (Benny, Adli, Chukwueze, Musah, Terracianno) we should have over 130M…
King 22, you can join Milan management meeting on Monday. Things don’t work out like the way you think. Chukwu is going no where
I just hate seeing how close we are to a complete and a competitive team, but the Yanks keep taking the shortcuts…
last year it was clear that our fullbacks and midfield are the issue, yet no one did anything…
Emerson for Kalulu; 5 midfielders, no Theo cover, letting Alexis go…
I hope Tare and Allegri can fix that!
The irony of the issue is that, while we usually don’t speak highly of our management, I don’t think we’ve asked how Juventus got themselves in such a situation with a high wage player they are finding difficult to sell.
If he would be patriotic, he should lower the wages to E5m in order to help and if the board see magnanimity in him after 2 season they should add something. The agility of him is nothing to me but if Maximiliano thinks his boy will deliver no problem.
He is not any good, but he is expensive.
Also, stop solving Juventus problems.
It’s possible if he agrees to a salary cut. Juve will want him off the books and he wants a move out. 15m is fair.
And he has enough upside to recover his career I think. Enough for me to favor his signing.
he is just 25 yo… people think he’s some washed up player cause last year he underperformed… same with Kalulu, most called him overrated until he performed…
He is just another Jovic. Promising career, move to a bigger club and totally flop. Here comes Milan to the rescue. Same story, different player.
Jovic has failed in 3 other clubs… Vlahovic, again had 1 bad season under a coach he never had good relations with… Allegri knows him
Also, Vlahovic has scored 2-3 times more than Jovic in his entire career, that comparison makes 0 sense; except for ethnic background… are you albanian?!
If you are talking about last season being Vlahovic only bad season because of the coach then you are wrong because last season was actually Vlahovic most productive season at Juventus. 18 goals 5 assists.
The previous 2 seasons under the coach that knows him, as you said, he had 18g 3a, and 14g 4a.
15mil. 5/year. When you’re shopping on a budget, this is about as good as it gets.
