Allegri quickly realised the ‘danger’ and ran over to the American, screaming ‘calma’ (calm). The midfielder quickly dropped the ball and left it for Fikayo Tomori instead. Naturally, Allegri’s reaction has been clipped and shared a lot on social media.

Milan saw out the lead and clinched their first three points of the season. The manager now has something to build on and Musah, for what it’s worth, played a decent game all things considered. Now, he could be on his way to Atalanta.

Totally disagree. There is no reason to rush a throw, get caught on a counter, concede a quick goal, and then half to sweat the last couple of minutes with the threat of giving up a second and losing 2 points. As fragile as this team is, they have to learn how to actually win a game.
agreed, you concede on a counter there with our history and the games momentum, psychology, dynamics change. you need to implement the correct habits and discipline players to take the correct decision. wether you play Lecce or PSG, Man City, discipline and proper game management is non negotiable
plus the quicker you throw it, the more time they have to score again should you concede off the play. rash playing,unless there is a glaring abd definitive opening to exploit is not advisable

Allegri was right to scream for calm. I recall a Lexie/Milan game not sure it was last season but Musah just dribbled into midfield, lost the ball and Lecce scored, we were 2 a 0 up in that game.
