Francesco Camarda came to the rescue for AC Milan in their pre-season friendly against Celtic, scoring twice to help his side avoid defeat.
Ruben Amorim took his position in the Milan dugout for the first time on Saturday afternoon, leading the Rossoneri in Glasgow. However, while he was hoping for a win to start his tenure, he had to settle for a draw in the end.

It would have been even worse if it hadn’t been for Camarda, who came off the bench and turned the game around from 2-0 to 2-2. As such, Amorim can still be happy with bits of what he saw, even if a lot of work is still needed.
Milan sure took their time, especially considering the game finished more than 24 hours ago (at the time of writing), but the highlights have now been published on their YouTube. As you can see in the video, both teams could have won it, but the final scoreline was 2-2.

Celtic’s two goals were entirely avoidable, the result of absurd howlers with Pavlocic’s awful backpasses and Torriani having no clue where he was supposed to be to receive the passes.
