Watch: A compilation of the refereeing errors Milan have fallen victim to in 2021-22

By Oliver Fisher -

We all know that AC Milan have not had the rub of the green when it comes to big refereeing decisions so far this season.

From the Atletico Madrid and Porto games in the Champions League to bizarre disallowed goals and a basic failure to play the advantage rule, the Rossoneri have been robbed of valuable points in multiple games.

Below is a compilation of the most glaring errors the team have suffered from this season so far, compiled by FPL Aiden on Twitter…

  1. Victim mentality has never helped anyone. Refereeing errors happens to every club, we just choose to reflect on it rather than improving the playing style and communication between the players. They are lots of times when theo or leao dives in the box and gets a penalty as well as times when theo dives, the referee see him and does not book him. Refereeing is subjective so of course there will be mistakes.

  2. It painful if u r really a milan fans and it will be more painful and unjust seeing milan lose seria A to Inter.
pschologically those decisions repeating severally is uncall for and mentally degrading for all the hardwork of the players, coach, staff and management.
Milan really deserve better for the hardwork and sacrifice put in place so far.

  3. One or two mistakes from the referee are okay but these many glaring mistakes from the beginning to almost end of the season against Milan is just nuts.

No wonder there’s not many investors or big name players who wants to play in serie-a when they see these crap happened over and over and over.

These bad mistakes also affect Italian national team and clubs. We see Italy didn’t pass through World Cup for two consecutive time. Meanwhile no Italian clubs win Champions League since 2010.

But again, i don’t expect much from a league who had Calciopoly and didn’t do anything to fix their problems :/
