Watch: Fonseca and his staff experience Milanello for the first time in style

Paulo Fonseca and his staff landed in Milano earlier today and they immediately headed for Milanello, the training ground of AC Milan. This evening, the Rossoneri published a video for their new manager on social media.

Fonseca was announced as the new head coach three weeks ago but his actual arrival was always expected at the start of July. He landed in the city this morning and after greeting the journalists, saying ‘Forza Milan’, he jumped into the car and headed for Milanello.

On their social media channels, Milan have published a video of Fonseca and his staff experiencing Milanello for the first time. They were also wearing one of the new training kits which, we must say, looks very good indeed.

The first day of pre-season is scheduled for Monday and while it will be a reduced squad due to the Euros, Fonseca will still get a feel of several players. The Curva Sud will not be present, as confirmed earlier today, but this is not a protest or a boycott.

  1. Haha great PR work. Arriving like a rockstar in a private jet dressed like a jetsetter, then filming only him with the outfit like some blue collar. And the last frame with Milan Futuro in the background and Fonseca in front. They have some work to do to build his reputation because nobody knows this guy that last played in UCL in 2018. In bocca al lupo Paulo!

  2. Hope he works well under pressure. What he had so far was a breeze towards what he’ll get now. Best of luck dude

    1. Maybe Fonseca should not unpack his bags just in case?
Quick entrance and maybe quick exit?

Milan the best for the new season!

  3. Good luck hope that you enjoy your days and have happy times with all the player and staff we all wish you all the best..may god blessed you.. forza milan from jiimmy from seychelles…milan forever..

  4. Fonseca has the face of a loser and the belly of a beer drinker.

I still hope he’s a good coach but I’m not holding my breath. Anything short of winning the Scudetto must count as a failure for Milan.

  5. And no support from this cheap organization
VaFa Furlani Scaroni Gerry and yes you too Ibra you Asshole what are you doing with these losers
    Viva Maldini Sempre….

  6. The key is to be patient with this guy. His system is similar to Pioli’s so hopefully the players don’t take too long to get accustomed to it.

Hope Milan kick-starts the mercato soon to allow enough time for him to work with the first team.

    FORZA MILAN ⚫️🔴

  7. I certainly want Fonseca to succeed because if he does, Milan succeeds. So good luck, Fonseca.

This said, I continue to think that he is a loser, that he is mediocre, and that the main reason he was chosen is because he is a yes-man.

So, do I want him to succeed? Sure! Of course! I’m a Milan fan, so, yes. But do I think he will succeed? No, I do not.

  8. I’m not surprised if this season Milan ended in mid table or even worst.

So yeah, good luck to the guy because he needs a lot of it.
