Jan-Carlo Simic had an unforgettable moment in the closing stages of the first half of the game against Monza as he buried a chance from close range to get his first goal for the club.
Four minutes before the break, Milan did make it 2-0 and it was an unforgettable moment for Simic. Leao beat his man on the right side of the box and laid a perfect pass across the six-yard box where the teenage centre-back was on hand to fire into the roof of the net.

What did I am telling for months already!!! Give Simic minutes, give Simic to play! You could see the potential against Real at summer. He is our future.

Except Pioli who just refused to give him minutes. For some reason he seems to prefer Bartesaghi, Theo, our middfield anyone over Simic. So no, not everyone.
He might have already done well or he might not its just speculation but from the looks of it he got his debut at the right point of time and we are also playing with a 3 man defense with kjær right next to him so whether he would have done as well in a period of struggle isnt a guarantee either even though he has scored today it was pretty much a sitter.
Same was said about Kalulu but he did great. Simic played very well and not just because of Kjaer. He blocked, passed and attacked with a goal and a header. So it is a great debut and hope to see him

Yes but its still just speculation again because who knows if he would have been ready had he gotten his debut long before he got it. I didnt say just because of kjær but having a very experienced player like him next to you doesn’t hurt either and we have for example been in shambles up un till a few weeks ago so he would also have had to play with bigger presure on his shoulders. Sure and i do too.
He has issues with positioning but overall he did well. He’s still late to offside traps. He was helped by having Kjaer and Tomori there
Sensational debut from the kid want to see more from him.
Not just the goal either. Positioned well, many blocks, knew where to find the outlet pass.
