Watch: Romagnoli gives Milan the lead with powerful near-post header

AC Milan got themselves in front during the first half of their game against Sassuolo at San Siro this afternoon, and it came from captain Alessio Romagnoli.

In the 21st minute, it was Milan who did take the lead that their early pressure was threatening. It came from a corner kick that was whipped in at the near post and met by the head of Romagnoli who beat Consigli who only managed to parry the ball into the inside netting.

  1. The team completely switched off after scoring. Like they have won the game. The defence is terrible. We are giving away too many goals. This is unacceptable.
Back to back losses to Fiorentian and Sassuolo is unacceptable.
The team must come out for that 2nd half to win.
It’s like they want to gift another Scudetto to Inter like last season. What the fuck is this team doing? Do they want Scudetto or not?

    1. Right, especially sale-makers, he has to learn how to shoot the ball. Otherwise he shouldn’t play as starter. All forwards must know how to make a goal literally.

      1. 1 month back we had a 7 point lead over Inter, it has already been reduced to 1 point now. I guess this time we won’t even be the winter champions. Maybe Milan medical staffs have suggested the team to train less and play with less determination to avoid injuries lol 😅. At this point, their only intention is to avoid injuries without caring about the results.

  2. About to be 3 match winless streak now. Inter is looking to be the favorite to win Scudetto this year again. Milan are on a similar path we saw last year.
