Luka Romero has arrived at La Madonnina clinic to begin his medical before completing a move to AC Milan on a multi-year deal.
It first emerged last month that Milan had begun talks to sign Romero from Lazio, given that his contract was due to expire at the end of the season making him available on a free transfer.
An agreement was reached with his entourage and thus the 18-year-old Argentine will soon become the third addition of the summer after Marco Sportiello and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
