Zlatan Ibrahimovic may no longer be banging the goals in for AC Milan, but his son is hoping to follow in his footsteps in the youth sector.
He and Zlatan also played a ‘match’ together. Last year, during a training session between the first team and the Rossoneri youth teams, the father and son were in attack together. Zlatan insisted they play on the same team, so he didn’t get injured.
Maximilian got the winner for Milan’s U18 side against Sassuolo with what could be described as an instinctive finish deep inside the area, and it was his first goal of the season so far.
