There’s no peace at AC Milan, not even after the arrival of Massimiliano Allegri , who could leave the club after just one season.
According to Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), Allegri ‘returned with great enthusiasm and determination’ but is ‘exhausted and tired of facing more internal enemies than on-field rivals’. For this reason, he’s considering leaving at the end of the season, even with Champions League.

The reasons for the conflict
One of the reasons leading to this (potential) decision is the now non-existent relationship with Zlatan Ibrahimovic which erupted in the aftermath of the defeat away from home against Napoli back in early April.
A heated exchange ensued between the two, sparked by the choice of a third goalkeeper for next year’s squad. It was only a minor pretext, but it was enough to spark a furious argument between the two.
Harsh words flew between Allegri and Ibra, and since that day the Swede hasn’t been seen at Milanello and only recently reappeared at San Siro.
What are the real reasons that led to this eruption? Max, who had managed to reunite the dressing room after last season and was second in the league, discovered that Zlatan was having frequent conversations with Antonio Cassano, one of his main detractors.
Furthermore, the RedBird senior advisor began calling players like Youssouf Fofana and Rafael Leao to provide them with tactical advice. Max was then disappointed by the lack of a January transfer window, when he had asked for a couple of quality reinforcements to fight for the top spots.
The club told him they didn’t have the resources to spend, so they had to settle for Fullkrug on loan. Suddenly, €30m suddenly appeared for Jean-Philippe Mateta, negotiated directly by the CEO Giorgio Furlani and without the knowledge of the sporting director Igli Tare.
If Ibrahimovic returns to the forefront of the Rossoneri as it seems is possible, then there is no room at Milan for Allegri, who is starting to seriously consider accepting the Italy job.
Zlatan is a snake and seems to be directly responsible for always (and seemingly deliberately) messing up the dressing room, so that the coach would be blamed and his bosses would benefit from it, by pointing the finger at him and having the excuse to sell players.
What a complete and utter circus where not a single person is working professionally aside from Allegri and Tare. And yet people are blaming that very same Allegri Get a grip. I am even going to point out that Curva Sud specifically picking up Furlani is a strategic mistake. It sends the message that he is the only thing wrong within this ridiculous bunch.
You also have to question why these stories get out and who is the snitch. Every day there’s gossip about someone in management. It makes the club look Mickey Mouse. This used to be a problem at Man United a few years ago. Several players moved on and the stories stopped…
The club IS Mickey Mouse, snitch or no snitch. Man United is another horribly managed club, it’s not a coincidence stories like that come out where the atmosphere is rotten. Hell, it wouldn’t surpirse me if one of THEM turned out to be the snitch in order to save his a** after the protests. Without management structure and unity you can’t have an ambitious sporting project and the players feel that, just like Coneicao said.
There’s just incompetence all around – that’s the real problem holding Milan back all these years. How would any serious coach or serious players want to come to Milan if they aren’t even good enough to quell rumors and quiet the noise to preserve what reputation is left?
It’s just shocking negligence.

There are two sides to everything. Fofana and Leao are quite lost in Allegri’s system. I think Ibra just wanted to help them. As a former striker, he tried to wake up Leao, who would have been quite important for us. I think Allegri played boring and unwatchable football, I don’t know if that will be good for the national team.
Sure, the guy who literally wrote in his book Leao was the only player in the locker room he couldn’t get through, all of a sudden is trying to help him grow from the position of Cardinale/corporate slave.

All of a sudden? He has been trying since the day they met.
Maybe that’s why Leao is underperforming. Because Ibra always thinks he knows best and undermines the coach any chance he gets? Did it all of last season.
Personally I think thats Zlatan’s best ability, he makes those around him better. But on the field, I don’t think he have the qualities need to lead people of the pitch, not stable enough imo.
Leao was at his best when playing alongside Zlatan, I think he needs a character like him to take the spotlight of him to perform to his best. He doesn’t have the mentality
Zlatan on the field and current Zlatan are two completely different profiles. The one now is completely destructive to any stability or sustainable project at the club.
Someone who can’t handle a club but thinks he can handle a national team. It’s going be a big mess than before for the national team
They said Mateta and Nkunku were Furliani interfering in transfers. He undermined coaches and other people’s work consistently. He needs to get iced.
The only difference I see is the owner football ideas. I just remembered Berlusconi who was passionate and understand football if not Arab money that come hike football with money, he would have remain protagonist.
So, Sir can is the one I hold responsible, because it seems he is after financial revenue bot trophies.

Is Leao and Fofana kids to take contrary tactics from Ibra? At a point everyone is frustrated and bored to see talented players play like this.
Ibra was a great player
But that’s history
He isnt suitable for mgmt roles.
Max is a great coach, he have more credentials as a mgmt staff than Ibra
