Theo Hernandez’s partner Zoe Cristofoli claims robbery was ‘much worse’ than was reported

By Oliver Fisher -

Theo Hernandez’s partner Zoe Cristofoli has opened up about the terrifying ordeal after the robbery that occurred at their house last week.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reported earlier this month that a burglary took place Theo Hernandez’s home in Cassano Magnago, a municipality in the province of Varese where the Rossoneri defender lives.

A gang of thugs broke into the house around 21:00 CEST and robbed the house and while Theo was not present at the time, but his partner Zoe Cristofoli and the couple’s six-month old son – Theo Junior – were in the property. In the end, the robbers fled with a large amount of goods.

Now, Cristofoli has published a story on her Instagram in which she claimed that the robbery itself was far worse than the media reported and admitted that she is not yet back to being 100%.

“My mind is not 100% here, but I would like everything to go back to normal because it’s right. I would like to go back to doing things as I have always done with my peace of mind,” she began (via FootballItalia).

“I wanted to say two things: the first is thank you to all the people who understood the seriousness of the situation and wrote to me, my friends who understood the moment. Thanks also to the police, to those who cared for us.

“The newspapers wrote little about what happened, it was much worse. To date I’m fine, I don’t have anything broken or fractured, to make you understand the seriousness. Thanks to those who were with me at the time because if I had been alone I probably wouldn’t be here today.

“I think about it every moment, but when I see my son and the people who were with me and love me I feel better, I try to talk, not to close myself off because it’s not good.

“I have a fantastic family, a fantastic boy, everyone loves me, I couldn’t want anything more. I just want justice for what they did to us.”
