According to the latest reports, Atletico Madrid have stepped up their pursuit of AC Milan’s Nikola Kalinic, who is destined to leave the club this summer after a poor first season with the Rossoneri.

In fact, as reported by Alfredo Pedulla, Atletico Madrid have accelerated the negotiations in the last hours, with the player’s agent Ramadani working to close the deal in the coming days, defining the transfer formula.

Calciomercato.com add that the Spanish side want to bring in Kalinic on a loan, albeit with an obligation to buy included. The fee for the operation would be around €25m, thus giving Milan back what they invested in the Croatian one year ago.
