Ruben Loftus-Cheek is almost certain to miss out on AC Milan’s game against Juventus tomorrow evening. During today’s training session at Milanello, he continued his individual program, a report claims.
Pierre Kalulu and Rade Krunic returned to group training on Friday but Loftus-Cheek is still working separately. According to Sky Italia, as cited by MilanNews, he trained individually today as well and is thus likely to miss out on tomorrow’s game.
Reports initially suggested that he could make the bench but that looks unlikely now. Yunus Musah should be the starting midfielder to the right, teaming up with Yacine Adli and Tijjani Reijnders in the midfield trio.
Loftus-Cheek should be back in time for the game against PSG on Wednesday and it remains to be seen if he can start then. If not, then he will surely start against Napoli four days later. In the meantime, Musah will have to take on the box-to-box duties.
Save the man for PSG. I’m all for it. Him and Calabria will have to double team MBappe.
