Official: AC Milan miss out on signing Stine Larsen as she heads for Sweden

By Steph Insixiengmay -

Stine Larsen, who was rumoured to have signed with AC Milan, has instead signed for BK Häcken in Sweden.

The team was formerly known as Gothenburg and has featured the likes of Christen Press in their ranks, and now they will have Stine Larsen playing for them. The news was originally reported Tom J. Garry on his Twitter account yesterday.

No one knows why Larsen suddenly opted for Häcken instead of Milan, but the source of the story came from Luigi Marino, who is a doctor at the Casa di Cura La Madonnina in Milan. Marino has treated a few Milan players in the past, including Alexis Saelemaekers, and he seemed to indicate that he and his staff had performed a medical exam on Stine and that she will soon be unveiled as the next signing for the team.

The Rossonere are said to be looking for two more ‘big signings’ over the summer, as per Tuttosport. They might be looking for three now. More news about their transfermarket will be posted within the upcoming days.
