Agent shares background on Kramaric: “An enigma that he isn’t at Milan”

Andrej Kramaric was one of the key players for Croatia at the World Cup as they secured the bronze medal last night, beating Morocco. A well-known agent has now revealed a background concerning AC Milan and the striker.

Kramaric has been linked with a move to Milan a lot in the past but while there have been many links, the interest has never seemed that concrete. The now 31-year-old still plays for Hoffenheim and has three Bundesliga goals to his name this season.

He bagged two goals at the World Cup and in an interview with TuttoMercatoWeb, the well-known agent Federico Pastorello shared his thoughts on the player. He stated that he doesn’t know why Kramaric hasn’t ended up at Milan or Inter.

“Andrej Kramaric: It’s an enigma to me that he isn’t at Milan or Inter, Atletico Madrid or Chelsea. He’s a player who probably had the chance to go to the Premier League too early. At that moment, physically and mentally, he wasn’t ready yet but since then, he has had incredible numbers. Even without being a striker and without playing as a No.9, he has scored many goals for Croatia,” he stated.

Kramaric is certainly too old for Milan to sign now, and they also have other targets on their wish list. But indeed, a few years back he was heavily linked with a move to the Rossoneri.
