ANSA: Two men arrested after robbing Castillejo at gunpoint – €80k watch recovered

Yesterday, Samu Castillejo published a message on Instagram after he was robbed by two men in Milan, losing an expensive watch in the process. Fortunately, the robbers have been arrested by police.

According to ANSA, as cited by Calciomercato.com, the incident took place at 6 pm yesterday. Two men approached Castillejo and one of them was armed, pointing the weapon at his face.

Before they escaped on two separate scooters, they managed to get an €80k watch from the Milan winger, who went to the police station to file a report this afternoon. Shortly after, a patrol stopped the two men and found the expensive watch.

As Castillejo was still in the police station, he was able to identify the watch through a photo that the arresting officer sent. The two men, both around 30-years-old, were thus caught and the police are now searching a house believed to be their hideout.
