Two Atalanta stars will be watched closely during tonight’s game against AC Milan at San Siro ahead of what could be an intense summer transfer window for both, a report claims.
According to a report from Calciomercato.com, both centre-back Giorgio Scalvini and striker Rasmus Hojlund will be carefully observed during their game against Milan tonight. The Italian and the Dane will be two prized players once the transfer market reopens and big games like the one in a few hours provide big stages to show off.
Milan have actually been linked with both players in the past week or so, with InterLive reporting that Milan could launch a bid for Scalvini if they were to lose Pierre Kalulu this summer given he continues to attract interest from abroad.
Meanwhile, La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) are among the sources to claim that Hojlund is a profile the management know could be a good No.9 for the future.
Hojlund? Nah, just like the case of Vlahovic. The likes of Real Madrid and Arsenal are now following him too. We don’t stand a chance.
Lookman is the Atalanta mvp
Rasmus isn’t going to happen, that sucks.
Scalvini is so good he just has to be signed. Admittedly I haven’t seen Atalanta v Milan yet (hopefully he hasn’t just made his first mistake for the season).
They’d be taking Baresi’s 6 out of retirement after 12 months.
