Bakayoko: “I hope to be decisive, Kessie has helped me a lot”

By Isak Möller -

After a poor start to the season, Bakayoko has certainly picked himself up, delivering when most needed for AC Milan. In an interview with Sky Italia, the Chelsea loanee commented on his first few months with the Rossoneri.

“I don’t like being jeered, but I understand it. I hope they applaud me soon. I have done good things but I am only at the beginning. I hope to be decisive and to help Milan re-enter the top four in Serie A.

“Franck Kessie? He has helped me adjust a lot, above all with the language. I hope to speak Italian soon. The 4-4-2 is the formation I prefer, but even in a 4-3-3, I found myself playing well in the last game.

“My position has changed, but I believe that I have done well. I have been able to help the team more. I am upset about the result against Juventus, but this is football. I am happy with how I played,” he concluded.
