AC Milan captain Davide Calabria spoke to the media after the disappointing 1-1 draw against Cremonese tonight and he certainly seemed as frustrated as his team-mates and the fans.
Milan really needed three points in front of their own fans at San Siro given that games against Lazio in the league and Inter in the Champions League are to come, while a spot in the top four is far from guaranteed.

Instead, they only complicated their own position in that race again, drawing 1-1 after a late deflected free-kick cancelled out Okereke’s sucker punch at the other end. However, everyone around Milan won except for Roma.
Calabria spoke to DAZN after the game against Cremonese to try and pick the bones of what was another disappointing night in the league with yet more points dropped. His comments were relayed by MilanNews.
How much does this draw weigh? “It weighs yes, it weighs because we can’t concede a goal like this, we have to be more careful and we have to be more concrete up front, we are missing the goal too much. We build well but we get there and find it hard to finish, from the first to the last player.”
What could have been done better? “Scoring goals, the most important thing. We dominated far and wide, we conceded a stupid goal. If we create so many chances and don’t convert, you won’t win.”
