Around Cardinale, it appears Milan are crumbling a little. The management are all over the place and it appears that the fallout may have reached Allegri, who is reportedly considering his future. However, things may be put into place to keep him at the club.

Indeed, the Italian has outlined what would be required for him to stay and it is certainly not impossible to see his wishes fulfilled.
Cardinale appreciates Allegri’s comments
A push to grant these requests may also come from Cardinale, who has a growing relationship with the Rossoneri’s coach. Indeed, he was present before the game against Genoa and he was welcomed into the dressing room by the coach to deliver a pre-game speech.

Maignan had some big moments this season and we always struggled when either of Modric or Rabiot were off the pitch. Maignan is a wanted man and Modric is 40, both at risk of leaving if they don’t see an ambitious project. We may also lose four of our forwards if we continue playing this way. The 3-5-2 basically catered to the defense, specifically Pavlovic and Bartesaghi. Will it be easier to get an upgrade at center back, right back, and left back and switch to a 4-3-3 or replace Pulisic, Leao, Nukunku, Gimenez, and Fullkrug in one transfer window?
Leao, Nkunku, Pulisic, and Saelemaekers can compete for wide spots. If Leao is sold, Lauriente seems like a solid replacement. A new striker needs to come in. I’m all for Vlahovic with Camarda as backup and Fullkrug staying as a third option. There is no room for Gimenez. We need creativity in midfield, in addition to Goretzka/Kone who have been heavily linked with us. So that comes down to six or seven signings total. Reasonable considering our recent history.
Allegri will always be Allegri. People need to accept that. His constantly playing Leão and Pulisic together is a prime example. It will be a 3-5-2 next year with at least two of the wingers most likely Leão and Pulisic leaving. Nkunko stays. Pulisic’s not sure about the project is really him saying he doesn’t like how he’s being used. We’ll see if the ManUtd rumors are true after the WC. Also, I think the Italian press, etc. are uniting in the Allegri v Ibra spat.

You know perfectly well who I meant. You can’t address the content of what I said. First- Allegri will always be Allegri, meaning a 3-5-2. Secondly, Pulisic knows it doesn’t work for him and will push to leave after the WC. Lastly, the Italian brothers (I’m half Italian so get to say this) are uniting for Allegri. Just like they are uniting for more of the same with the national team.
I can but I won’t. Get Pulisic a proper striker and he will flourish even with Allegri at the helm.
Nope. Pulisic does better in a system with options to play one touch, quick football. Allegri did wonders with Chiesa didn’t he. Even at the end of the last game Pulisic makes a nice break down the left and only has Fullkrug making a run, behind the defender no less. That epitomizes Allegri ball. Remember, he was trained at Dortmund. When you look at the heat chart Allegri has him 25-30 yards from goal most of the time. Running 11 km a game for grunt work. His injury, hip bursitis is from overuse. Nope. Keep Nkunku. Pulisic and Leão are gone. With all the players Allegri wants they are going to need the money.
Allegri has always been an exemplary company man. That’s not the issue. The issue is he doesn’t build anything. He manages and even that is often hard on the eyes. So with Max, Milan won’t actually build any project, which will sadly coincide with Gerry’s ambitions.
Keep this ship afloat without rocking it too much, so that investors can come in with money to build teh stadium, then offload. Max is perfect for that but only if you initially properly reinforce him.
Actually I have to disagree with you on this one. With the current executive management, the head coach will actually never get to build anything of his own. So Allegri is actually what this management would like to have, a head coach who only manages what he has available and tries to deliver a top 4 finish and maybe getting past the Champions League group stage.

I think he doesn’t even manage what he has to get the best of the team. Prepare for deary football and maybe top four finishs. Like Conte, early CL exits. Last I looked the dinosaurs went extinct except in Italy because as we are told it’s in their DNA.

No, I have perfect vision. I’ve been consistent in saying his football is deary and he’s never displayed an offensive strategy except hope for an individual play. Yes, I’ve haven’t been an Allegri fan and ACM got what they bought.
