MN: Cardinale sends congratulatory message to Milan squad after Napoli win

AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale watched the team’s triumph against Napoli and sent a message to the squad afterwards.

It was quite simply a dream night for Milan down in Naples as they not only beat the runaway league leaders, they absolutely hammered them and were deservedly comfortable winners.

Rafael Leao ended his goal drought with a brace in which both goals were lovely finishes, while Brahim Diaz got the second on the night and Alexis Saelemaekers got his first league goal of the campaign in the second half.

MilanNews writes that there was great satisfaction after the victory at Napoli, so much so that Gerry Cardinale – who watched the game on television – sent a message of compliments to both Paolo Maldini and Stefano Pioli.

Now the challenge is to repeat that level of performance and to be as clinical not only in the two Champions League games against Napoli, but also in the league.

  1. Milan must replicate this performance in the champions league. This is because getting to the next stage will create more money to invest in good players.

  2. Pls and pls I’m pleading millan should not sell Rafael leao instead he should renew his contract and even Milan should help him clear his wage from sporting because he is an important asset in the club
